The young men in our research shared that they often felt isolated in their mental health, due to shame and stigma. Men Minds aims to change that.

The stories in this comic are based on real-life experiences that have been shared during the research, although the characters are fictitious. By sharing these stories, Men Minds hopes to reassure young men that they are not alone.

The comic is free to read or download, and hard copies will be made available to key organisations and individuals working with boys and young men.
